Windsor Heights Neighborhood Association

In 2006 a group of neighbors formed to lobby the Windsor Heights city council on a specific issue. In the course of their conversations they found that there was an interest in extending the group beyond the single issue and the idea of a neighborhood association was born.

After several public meetings disclosed that there was a broader interest in forming a neighborhood association, a bylaws committee was formed and the association came into being on May 21, 2007.
